This is a self-defense system that teaches you the skills and tactics necessary to deescalate a physical threat. This training system teaches you important blocking, striking, and kicking techniques that are defensive in nature.
Besides the physical component of self-defense, you’ll learn self-defense tactics that actually discourage aggression in the first place. Tiger-Rock teaches strategies for developing awareness. Our self-defense courses for adults teach you how to pay attention to your surroundings. Being alert and able to decipher potential dangers around yourself is a key component of self-protection.
