Our Elite Counter Aggression Training system is an integral part of our adult martial arts training. This training system teaches you important blocking, striking, and kicking techniques that are defensive in nature.

Besides the physical component of self-defense, you’ll learn self-defense tactics that actually discourage aggression in the first place. Tiger-Rock teaches strategies for developing awareness. Our self-defense courses for adults teach you how to pay attention to your surroundings. Being alert and able to decipher potential dangers around yourself is a key component of self-protection.
